Founding Guide

Dwayne is the founding guide and master of upland hunting. Dwayne has more than 40 years of upland experience, and is our lead dog trainer.

Nick Dillinger

Manager & Guide

Nick has more than 20 years of upland hunting experience and is one of Hammer Outdoor's dog trainers.

Trent Dillinger

Guide

Trent has more than 20 years of experience, and is our jack of all trades. Trent can step into a guide role or training role as needed.

Bauer & Benelli

Search and Retreive

Bauer and Benelli are the stars of the show. With over 200 hunts between the two of them, they are experts in finding and retrieving birds...depending on the whether or not the hunters can shoot.
